As part of their onboarding, your suppliers will be invited to comprehensive Fairmarkit training and will receive targeted emails at key stages of the onboarding process. This process is crucial for establishing effective communication and transitioning to Fairmarkit.
With our live Fairmarkit training, we equip your suppliers with the knowledge and skills to be successful in Fairmarkit. The introductory session covers key features, best practices, and tips to maximize their experience.
We've designed a series of customizable email templates to help support your suppliers. These emails provide a foundation for communicating with your suppliers, outlining key steps, and providing essential information throughout the onboarding journey. You can tailor these emails to better suit your company's specific needs and branding, ensuring that your suppliers receive clear and concise guidance during the transition to Fairmarkit.

We'll announce the new quoting process to your suppliers, requesting them to confirm or update their contact information to ensure smooth communication moving forward. In the pursuit of continuous improvements of our procurement and sourcing processes, as well as to ultimately provide more meaningful business opportunities to our suppliers, we have implemented a revolutionary sourcing platform called Fairmarkit.
What is Fairmarkit?
Fairmarkit is an intelligent sourcing platform that [Customer Name] is utilizing to send requests for quotation and proposal ("RFQs & RFPs") via email notification with minimal interruption to your existing quoting process. All supplier communication during RFQ/RFP process, including Q&A and other quote-related communications via the Fairmarkit Message Board, and final award decisions remain [Customer Name] responsibility.
Please note: there is NO FEE to use the Fairmarkit platform as a supplier.
What do we need from you?
In order to send quotation requests, it is imperative we confirm the correct contact email to solicit quotes. If you received this communication, we will use your email address to send you RFQ invitations moving forward. If you are not the right contact, please update below.
In addition, we ask that you please add info@m.fairmarkit.com to your email "safe senders" list. This will ensure that emails from the Fairmarkit platform will not be filtered out or end up in junk or spam.
